Stanford University is seeking candidates for  two (2)  Assistant Athletic Trainer. Our Assitant Athletic Trainers  provides comprehensive athletic training services to student-athletes in assigned varsity programs within Stanford’s Department of Athletics, Physical Education, and Recreation (DAPER). Responsibilities include injury and illness prevention, assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, emergency care, and return-to-play planning. This position collaborates with physicians, coaches, and sports medicine staff to support student-athlete health, well-being, and performance; mentors advanced postgraduate athletic trainers and athletic training students; and maintains accurate, confidential medical records in accordance with university policies and regulatory requirements. Based on Stanford’s main campus, the role includes practice and competition coverage, travel, and evening and weekend work.
