College Athletic Trainers' Society

The Orleans Hotel and Casino will serve as the official hotel for attendees and exhibitors.  Hotel information, room rates and reservation procedures are provided below.  Special symposium room rates are available for exhibitors.

Housing Procedures

1. Individuals will need to book their hotel rooms at the CATS discounted rate directly through Passkey.  Reservation link:  Reserve a Hotel Room at the Orleans.  
2. Individuals may also call the Orleans Hotel Room Reservations Department at (800) 675-3267 and identify themselves as members of a group or convention with Reservation ID: CATE24P  If you do not provide this ID, them will not receive the special rate and may be advised the hotel is sold out.
3. Orleans Hotel Room Reservations Department Hours: 
• Monday–Friday 7 a.m.–11 p.m. — Pacific Time
• Saturday–Sunday 9 a.m.–5 p.m. — Pacific Time
4. The discounted rate cut off date is 4/13/24. Any reservations received after this date will be accepted on a “space available” basis or be advised the hotel is sold out. To insure space availability please reserve in a timely manner.
5. All changes or cancellations, prior to the cut-off date are to be made through Passkey.  After the cut-off date, all changes or cancellations are to be made directly with the Orleans Hotel Room Reservations Department by calling (800) 675-3267. 
   
6. If you plan on extending your stay, please inform reservations. The Orleans Hotel & Casino may give you better room rates for your extra nights of stay if available.
7. First night's room and tax will be required at the time of booking.  The following methods of payment may be used for deposit:  company check, American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard, Discover Visa, JCB, money order.  If a credit card is utilized, it will automatically be charged first night’s room and tax.  The hotel accepts company/personal checks for payment of deposits only and must be received a minimum of thirty(30) days prior to arrival.
8. PHOTO IDENTIFICATION WILL BE REQUIRED UPON CHECK-IN.  Name changes must be requested at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to arrival.  The hotel reserves the right to refuse all and any name change requests within stipulated cut-off dates.  Although the hotel will make every effort to accommodate such requests, requests may be declined at the hotel's sole discretion.
9. There is a mandatory resort fee, currently $36.99 per room, per day, plus tax (total $41.80), allowing access to the Fitness Center, in-room coffee, unlimited local & 800 calls as well as free Wi-Fi in Java Vegas Coffee Shop & high-speed internet access in the Business Center.  The resort fee is subject to change. 
10. It is policy at The Orleans Hotel & Casino that each and every guest room be occupied by at least one adult, 21 years of age or older. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or terminate service to any individual(s) at any time that is not in compliance with this policy.
11. Check-in time: 4 p.m.                   Check-out time: 12:00 p.m.  

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid forfeiting the deposit amount.  All changes or cancellations, prior to the cut-off date are to be made through Passkey.  After the cut-off date, all changes or cancellations are to be made directly with the Orleans Hotel Room Reservations Department by calling (800) 675-3267.  Any individual who cancels their reservation after this cut-off will be responsible for one night’s room and room tax.

All individuals will be required to comply with any and all local, state and Federal laws, regulations, orders and directives, as well as the Property’s policies regarding health and safety protocols and policy.
