CATS 2024-25 Member Fulfillment Assessment
The strategic partnership between CATS and Evolveability has been established to investigate, understand, and propose strategies to improve fulfillment among our membership. As part of this effort, we asked CATS members to participate in a short assessment (5 questions) during the fall of 2024. These assessments are anonymous and are facilitated by Evolveability. Neither CATS nor Evolveability know who participates – this is by design so that we can gather open, honest, and thoughtful feedback. Our plan is to carried out member assessments approximately every 2.5 months between now and April 2025.
After each round of the assessment, Evolveability will review the results with CATS and a summary of those results will be shared with our membership. Our objective is to utilize this data to help catalyze real-time, substantive dialogue around challenges affecting our membership, and position you with effective strategies to overcome.
