College Athletic Trainers' Society

I wanted to introduce Westminster College (PA) as a possible immersion site for your Athletic Training Students. 

Westminster College, an NCAA D III institution, is located an hour north of Pittsburgh, PA.  We host 22 varsity sports and have 500+ student-athletes with the addition of 2 more sports next year.  We allow our Athletic Training Students contact with all sports to enhance their skills while under our supervision.  Westminster College is an environment for a student to see and do a lot.  We promote prevention, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of injuries/illnesses to student-athletes.

Westminster College will provide housing and the option to purchase a meal plan to Athletic Training Students.  Our staff are preceptors to students at Slippery Rock University and Youngstown State University.  Providing students with a quality immersion experience is our goal for Athletic Trainers. We have had immersion students from Temple, Southern Connecticut, Indiana University of PA, Ohio University and Lebanon Valley College.
