Description: Assist the Assistant Athletics Director for Sports Medicine with the organization and administration of the total medical care for student-athletes. Sporting assignments are TBD/negotiable based on the hire’s strengths and interests.
Qualifications: Required Qualifications include: Bachelor's or Entry-Level Master's degree in athletic training.; BOC Certification.; Ability to recognize, evaluate, and care for athletic related injuries and illnesses.; Current CPR/AED certification.; Licensure or eligibility for licensure in Georgia.; Valid driver's license.; Knowledge of NCAA Division II rules and regulations.; Written and verbal communication skills in addition to organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications include: Master's degree in athletic training or related field.; 1-3 years of experience working in a collegiate setting and/or with elite level athletes.
