HSS/SJU Resident Athletic Training Positions (3)

    The Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) and St. John’s University (SJU) are offering a 12-month unaccredited Athletic Training Residency for the 2025–2026 academic year. This program includes:

    • 9 months of clinical experience with St. John’s NCAA Division I Sports Medicine team
    • 3 months of immersive education at HSS Rehabilitation & Performance. Residents will gain advanced skills in injury management, clinical decision-making, athlete care, and interdisciplinary communication.

    Sports coverage includes Women’s Volleyball/Men’s and Women’s Fencing, Women’s Track and Field, and Softball, with residents reporting to both St. John’s and HSS leadership depending on the rotation.
