    The University of Tulsa, a member of the American Athletic Conference, is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer Intern for the upcoming 2025 spring semester. Start date would be early to mid January.  This position has potential for renewal for the 2025-2026 school year.

    Position includes monthly stipend and reimbursement for state licensure fees. Possibility of CEU opportunities as well.  Must be BOC Certified and eligible for Oklahoma licensure prior to the start date. Some team travel is required during each team's championship season.

    The Certified Athletic Trainer Intern for Sports Medicine coordinates the medical care of student-athletes in assigned sports, including the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of athletic injuries and illnesses. The individual will assist in the daily operation of the athletic training room and possibly act as a preceptor in the master's level athletic training program. This position reports directly to the Director and Assistant Director of Athletic Training.
