Athletic Trainer

This position is responsible for providing comprehensive athletic training services to the sports assigned by the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Sports Medicine and Performance. This includes communication with student-athletes, coaches, strength and conditioning coaches, team physicians, dietitians, athletic trainers, physical therapists, mental health professionals, and other sports medicine and medical providers. The individual will also serve as clinical instructor for Pitt athletic training students.
Master's degree with three to five years of experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted per university guidelines. Collegiate experience is preferred. Certification by the Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer is required. Pennsylvania athletic training license or license eligible required. CPR/AED/First Aid certification is required.
