The University of Denver in Denver, CO is a NCAA Division I university and has an opening for two Certified Athletic Training Internships to begin August 1st, 2023 through May, 2024.
Competitive stipend provided for 10 month period as well as NATA/CATA and Colorado registration dues.

Essential Functions
- Oversee the primary care coverage for Varsity teams as designated by the Director of Sports Medicine.
- Assist with the coordination of all physical examinations, medical insurance, and other medical administrative forms.
- Assist in the day to day operations of the training room.
- Assist with the development and implementation of the policies and procedures as related to the Sports Medicine Department.
- Maintain a high degree of professionalism which fosters growth of the department and a high perception of the division.
Required Qualifications
· NATABOC Certified Athletic Trainer
· CPR/AED Certified
· COVID Vaccine and Boosters; medical and religious exemptions allowed if necessary
