Certified Athletic Trainer or Exercise Physiologist Position Announcement. Dr. Nicholas Port, Coach Aaron Wellman, IU Football and IU Sport Medicine are excited to announce IU Football has joined the NFL funded multi-center HAMString InjuRy (HAMIR) Index study to improve our understanding of hamstring injuries, prevention, and rehabilitation. If an athletic trainer is hired, the work will involve research and acting as a certified AT for football under the direction of Kyle Blackman.
